The objective was to analyze the feasibility of using a Logistics Planning method with the help of a Visual Board, in conjunction with the Last Planner System. The research method utilized was the Design Science Research. A 6-step method was developed to enhance the Lookahead Planning routine. After the implementation of the methodology, a decrease in the total and equipment-related impact hours in the productivity fronts was observed, as well as an improvement in the PPC indicator and labour productivity in each service front.
