This paper compares two methods that do. The first method is used in the Location Based Management System (LBMS). The second method is Takt Time Planning (TTP). Both are iterative design methods for planning and controlling construction work, both focus on creating a balanced production schedule with a predictable timing of work while also preventing spatial interference between trades, but they differ in how they achieve these goals.
