Effective construction management strategies are therefore required for accomplishing the project on time. Takt Time Planning is a method in Lean Construction used to adjust the workflow and to create an efficient process for complex projects. This study aims to simulate Takt Time Planning on a finished project focusing on the alignment between planned takt time and actual performance. We employ a systematic quantitative approach by integrating takt time analysis with the Line of Balance method, utilizing project documents, and field documentation. Our findings suggest that subsequent adjustments lead to improved efficiency and earlier project completion while initial planning encounters balancing issues. We highlight that Takt Time Planning should be followed up with control mechanism to reach takt time consistency. }, author_keywords={Housing Development, Lean Construction, Project Management, Takt Time Planning, Workforce Efficiency, Line of Balance }, address={Osaka and Kyoto, Japan }, issn={2789-0015 }, publisher={ }, language={English}, document_type={Conference Paper}, source={IGLC}, }
