This has allowed them to do quicker handovers as well as the possibility to do partial handovers. The efficiency and transparency of this process can even be further improved when the installation of production equipment follows the same method, this enables the OEM to reduce the overall time required for the project delivery. This paper shows the advantages of using Takt Planning in the equipment installation phase. A case-study shows the first experience using Takt Planning and the existing connections to the building construction site.
